  Your private tour officially begins on Saturday, Sept. 26 @ 10:00 am in Thessaloniki and formally concludes on Tuesday, Oct. 6 @ 10:00 am in Santorini.

  Please be aware to carefully schedule your inbound and outbound flights and any pre/post tour hotels! In other words don’t cut it too close! Think of it like a cruise ship…once it sails it sails! We will be happy to help you coordinate all details. Thank you!

• Ground transportation to/and from airport in USA.

• Meals while traveling to/from USA.

• Specialty Wines. (Note: We have budgeted all drinks and plentiful high quality wines into your cost. If you choose a different wine we may have to upcharge depending on cost. We will keep track if needed and agreed and bill after trip to keep it easy for everyone.)

• Single Occupancy Rooms if available - at extra cost. Please let us know ASAP -if you require or desire a private room and we will relay the upcharge. Note: if available.

• Personal (gifts, souvenirs, spending money and exchange fees, etc)

• Your own Personal / Elective / Freetime activities, events, meals, taxis/uber, etc.

• Special Admittance Requirements to European Union (Visas, etc), Paperwork or Process, Medical tests : if required by country. We wil help you with these topics and be available to you in any process that requires entrance to country.

Terms and Agreement:

Pre-Trip Deposit and Remaining Balance and any follow up or approved post trip charges or after trip payments need to be paid on time and in full. Thank you.

Refund Policy:

• Tour deposits and all following payments are non-refundable and non-transferable

Balance Payments:

• ½ of Balance

• by July 15 & Aug 15

We recommend each group and every traveler strongly consider obtaining additional travel and medical insurance via a reputable third-party provider to the level that meets their concerns, risk profile and realities.

If you intend to have premium "Cancel for Any Reason" insurance coverage; Then please note that your travel insurance provider requires that this type of policy be obtained within a set amount of days soon after (usually 14 -21 days) submitting your first payment, buying airline tickets or making your deposit.

Feel free to use our preferred vendors/contacts or to choose your own preferred travel insurance provider.

Main thing is to be sure you have what you want and need.
