Terms and Agreement:

• Pre-Trip Deposit; Balance and any agreed upon follow up charges/after trip payments need to be paid on time and in full. Thank you.

Refund Policy:

• Tour deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable on date due.

• Likewise all following balance payments are non-refundable and non-transferable on date due.

• Note: If you pay your tour balance ahead of stated due dates and then drop out of the tour; the portion of your prepayment that was made early then the deadlines will be refunded in full. Note key dates below.

• Airline Tickets are NOT included in the tour cost and you are responsible to reserve, pay, acquire and manage: We will be glad to help you with your questions.

Payment and Non-Refundable dates:

• Mar 15- Deposit Due

• May 15- ½ Balance Due

• Aug 15 - ½ Balance Due

• If any extra charges are incurred on tour - that you request or agree to - then we will do a post trip settle up.

We want to give you max time to save up money, make payments on time and also for us to be able to stay ahead of our contractual financial agreements with our tour vendors.

• Airfare to/from Israel is extra. You will coordinate air travel. We can confer with you and help with Q’s

• Transportation to/and from airport in USA.

• Meals while traveling to/from USA.

• Elective upgrades with Airlines (seat, food/drinks, baggage, extra services)

• Single Occupancy Rooms if available - at extra cost. Please let us know ASAP -if you require or desire a private room and we will relay the upcharge if available.

• Personal (gifts, souvenirs, spending money and exchange fees, etc)

• Personal /Elective Freetime activities, events, meals, taxis/uber, etc.

• Travel / Medical Insurance - See next tab for more info.(Recommended)

• Immunizations, Special Admittance Requirements, Paperwork or Process, Medical tests : if required by country.

We recommend each group and every traveler strongly consider obtaining additional travel and medical insurance via a reputable third-party provider to the level that meets their concerns, risk profile and realities.

If you intend to have premium "Cancel for Any Reason" insurance coverage; Then please note that your travel insurance provider requires that this type of policy be obtained within a set amount of days soon after (usually 14 to 21 days) submitting your first payment, buying airline tickets or making your deposit.

Feel free to use our preferred vendors/contacts or to choose your own preferred travel insurance provider.

Main thing is to be sure you have what you want and need.

Make sure your passport is current and has 180 days left until expires
